customer information and prescription records. It does not provide
medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All customer data and prescription information entered into the
software remains the sole property of the client. Pixobots does not
claim ownership of any stored data.
3.
The client is fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and
completeness of all data entered into the system.
4.
The software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Pixobots does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5.
Pixobots shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized
access to data caused by user negligence, system failure, cyber
incidents, or force majeure events.
6.
Clients are solely responsible for maintaining regular backups of
their data. Pixobots is not responsible for data recovery.
7.
The software does not validate or verify prescriptions. All medical
and professional responsibility remains with the client.
8.
Pixobots reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any
part of the software or services at any time without prior notice.
9.
Support terms, and service conditions may be changed at the
discretion of Pixobots without prior notice.
10.
The client agrees to comply with all applicable data protection,
medical record, and local regulatory laws while using the software.
11.
Pixobots shall not be responsible for damages, losses, or liabilities
arising from misuse of the software or violation of applicable laws.
12.
Access to the software may be terminated if these Terms & Conditions
are violated or if services are misused.
13.
Upon termination, the client is responsible for exporting and securing
their data where applicable.
14.
Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any updated
Terms & Conditions.
15.
Free Version Eligibility:
Access to the OptoSoft Free Version is conditional upon the user following the official OptoSoft Instagram and Facebook pages.
Continued access to the Free Version requires maintaining this follow status.
Pixobots reserves the right to suspend or disable Free Version access at any time if the user unfollows or ceases to follow the official social media pages, without prior notice.
16.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and subject to Ahmedabad
jurisdiction.
